The core of Harlempsychadelic have been playing together since the early eighties in New York City. In 2008, trumpet virtuoso, Josh Lawrence joined the band which quickly forged its sound in the clubs and concert halls of Manhattan and developed an exciting new blend of Jazz Funk Fusion. As in demand sidemen, they have backed artists from Bootsy Collins to Erykah Badu to Lauryn Hill while touring in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa.
